Group Training
Our group workouts are geared toward getting the most out of our athletes. By working in a group setting, it allows the athlete to be challenged as well as encouraged by fellow athletes. No matter the sport, all athletes strive to get stronger and faster.
Training in a group has a synergistic effect, causing everyone to raise the bar and work harder than they ever thought possible.

What Payment Methods do you Accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Please make all checks out to “The Pro Brand”.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. Clients can cancel their workout free of charge up to 6 hours before their workout. If they cancel within 6 hours, they will be charged the full amount.

How Young Do You Start Training?
We have started as young as the 2nd grade. As long as the participant is strong enough and coordinated enough to do the basic drills and exercise then we will help them reach their goals.

How Many Participants Make a Group Workout?
Our group rates apply once 2 participants are in the workout.
