Point Guard
As the PG you have to be able to run the team, handle the ball, makes plays, and score when needed. In this workout, you will work on your ability to pass, dribble, shoot, and score off of a flat screen, plus a few other key areas to help you become the ‘Floor General’ every team needs.
Shooting Guard
The SG is one of best scorers on the perimeter and the secondary ball handler. They have to not only be able to knock down shots from anywhere on the court but also be able to create space to get their shot off on the dribble. Your workout will put you through the necessary drills that will allow you to give your team the perimeter threat they’re missing.
Small Forward
As a SF, you are one of the most versatile players on the court. Known for your size and athleticism, this workout will sharpen the skills you need to take advantage of every opportunity. Specifically, ball handling, finishing, shooting and working in the mid-post when you have a smaller defender guarding you.
Power Forward
The role of a PF has become more important in today’s game. They are relied on to score, rebound and stretch the floor on offense. During this workout, you will work on your shooting, face-up moves, transition moves, in addition to many other skills necessary to take your game to the next level.
Center
As a C it is required to control the paint on the offensive and defensive end. They are asked to do the grunt work like rebound, set screens and take charges. This workout will teach you the skills necessary to break out of that role. You will develop post moves, improve your finishing and shooting, among many other skills needed to control the paint.
