Pro Training Sport Performance
No matter what sport you play or your age, incorporating strength training and conditioning into a training regimen can give an athlete a competitive edge at any level. With every sport, there are sport-specific exercises that athletes should perform in order to mimic the movement they are trying to improve upon. We believe that through stabilization and functional movement, muscles are strengthened and the correct movement patterns are developed. All of our workouts are age appropriate with progression for each phase.

What Payment Methods do you Accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Please make all checks out to “The Pro Brand”.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. Clients can cancel their workout free of charge up to 6 hours before their workout. If they cancel within 6 hours, they will be charged the full amount.

How Young Do You Start Training?
We have started as young as the 2nd grade. As long as the participant is strong enough and coordinated enough to do the basic drills and exercise then we will help them reach their goals.

How Many Participants Make a Group Workout?
Our group rates apply once 2 participants are in the workout.
